Jane Croteau CPO – Paraoptometric
Jane is our office manager and is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant. She has been working along side Dr. Doiron since 2000. Jane pretests our patients and collects all medical history before their visit with Dr. Doiron. She is also responsible for all contact lens ordering from trials to supply boxes and ensures that patients receive rebates if eligible. Jane's dedication to our practice is what helps keep our office running smoothly.

Deb St. Pierre-CPO
Deb has joined our office with a background in human resources, accounting, and billing for more than 15 years. She has excellent customer service skills, with a warm smile. She schedules appointments, checks patients in and out of the office, & updates patient’s information. . She assures that patients are getting the proper care in our office. Deb is now a certified paraoptometric

Alicia Lumberg ABO, Optician
Alicia has been a board certified optician since 2004. She has been an integral member of our team since January 2009. Her responsibilities include helping patients select eyewear, performing repairs on glasses, placing orders, and verifying prescriptions. Alicia is also responsible for assisting new contact lens wearers so they are comfortable inserting and removing their contacts before they leave our office. In addition, Alicia performs pre-testing for Dr. Doiron when needed.

Cheryl Oak- Offsite Billing
Cheryl has been billing and coding for eight years. She submits claims to Insurance Companies and posts Insurance payment to accounts for our facility.

Margaret Frazier
Margaret is a certified optician. She has been in the eye care field for 7 years. She began her career in Massachusettes and moved to Maine in 2005. She has been an employee of Dr. Doiron since February 2007. Margaret works in our optical department and also helps out at the front desk both greeting and checking out patients. She also fills in for Jane in pretest when needed.

April Lambert
April obtained her certification as a Health Claims Specialist through Seacoast Career School. Prior to her employment at Dr. Doiron's, she worked in customer service for 18 years. April joined our staff in May 2010. April provides off-site billing and coding support for our office.

Cindy Paquet
Cindy joined our office in May 2011. She is currently completing her prerequisites for her medical coding license. Cindy's experience in customer service and patient care began in 1997. With a ready smile, she will greet you at the front desk where she schedules appointments, verifies insurance coverage, and makes sure that all our patient's needs are taken care of.

Jeanine Rozelle
Jeanine has been a bookkeeper since 1999 and has been with our practice since January 2009. Her administrative duties include receivables/collections, payables, payroll, and recall. Jeanine also helps out at the front desk when needed.
